I saw four (4) angels standing and each represented the 4 corners of the earth. All had on white garments and were holding something like a sheer curtain positioned into a square. Each had a firm grip on their part of the sheer curtain in their hands.
I saw that there was something inside the square, so I looked more closely. Inside the sheer curtain was the most turbulent storm I had ever seen or heard of in my life. The angels had it captured so it could not be let loose to cause havoc. They were holding back the winds with no great effort whatsoever. They were determined that those winds would stay within the confines of their control, and only to be let loose at an appointed time, with the word from God, and not the manipulations of man.
